About

Hi, I'm Danni

The person behind Danni's Doggos — here's a little about me and why I do this.

A bit about me

I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, and dogs especially have always had a special place in my heart. There's nothing quite like the way a wagging tail can turn your whole day around. Growing up in my family home we always had German Shepherds and Labradors so I am completely comfortable with dogs of all sizes.

At home, I share my life with Lilo, my Shih Tzu, who just turned 13. Caring for her day in and day out has taught me a lot about patience, routine and really paying attention to what a dog needs — lessons I bring with me to every dog I look after.

Lilo is very well socialised and I am more than happy to bring her along when looking after your fur baby, if that's something you'd like — plenty of dogs enjoy having a calm companion around. Equally, if you'd prefer your dog has one-on-one time without another dog present, that's entirely fine too. I'm happy to arrange whichever works best for you and your pup.

By day, I work a full-time job from home, which means I'm genuinely around — not just dropping by for a rushed visit. And when I do get some time to myself, you'll usually find me outdoors, hiking and making the most of the fresh air. That love of the outdoors is a big part of why I enjoy dog walking so much — it's the best of both worlds.

Why It Matters

What this means for your dog

A little about me, and how it translates into better care for your pup.

A genuine love for animals

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Looking after your pup isn't just a job to me — it's something I genuinely love doing.

Real experience with senior dogs

My own dog, Lilo, just turned 13, so I know first-hand what it takes to care for an older dog — patience, a gentler pace, and paying close attention to their needs. Puppies and younger dogs get just as much energy and attention too.

Home all day, every day

I work a full-time job from home, which means I'm around during the day rather than popping in and out. Your dog gets consistent company, not just a quick visit.

Danni

An outdoor life, built for walks

I spend as much of my free time as I can outdoors, hiking and exploring. That love of fresh air and long walks carries straight over into the walks your dog gets with me.
